Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Our goal is to ship items within 24 hours but that can vary due to order quantity. Your package may be protected by the following types of material; bubble wrap, stuffing, bubble mailers, corrugated material, cardboard packaging boxes, etc. The goal for all packages is that they be able to withstand the handling processes of different shipping companies and postal services. Should a large package be mishandled due to shipper/handler error please note we do try to package our products as protected as possible and the best way to come to a solution will be to utilize a insurance while shipping and place an insurance claim. 

As we do not control shipping/handling transit of the shippers or their potential delays please advise us through email if you have an issue tracking your package or do not receive it within a reasonable amount of time acknowledging delays that may happen due to shipper volume, holiday volume or other delays in your areas.

International Shipments

At the moment we are not shipping internationally. All international customers are responsible or all import duties, taxes and/or charges. If those are not paid and the shipment is returned you will not receive a refund for shipping and you will pay for the return shipping costs. At this time we do not receive any discounts for international shipments and have not control over the cost of international shipping.

Route Shipping Insurance

We will offer Route Shipping Insurance for large orders on our website that will provide protection to you from damaged, lost or even stolen packages. If you checkout without Route Shipping Insurance your package will not be protected. Please follow all rules pursuant to the shippers route shipping insurance to ensure you receive the correct refund and to not get into issues with insurance fraud.
